CAPSTONE AT
THE OAKS

The Capstone at The Oaks, located at 2401 6th Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601, is a two-story multifamily development aimed at serving low-income, very low-income, and some moderate-income elderly residents aged 62 and over. It will feature 120 rental units, a rental office, laundry facilities, a community space, and a fitness center on a 9-acre site, replacing a vacant church. The project will include 150 parking spaces and a gated area with a surveillance system for resident safety. The Calcasieu Council on Aging (CCOA) is a development partner, providing services such as meal services, on-demand transportation, and recreational activities.
